Whether you are an OEM, manufacturer or user of equipment including high pressure, MAXIMATOR France is able to perform pressure and temperature tests for you, for all gases or liquids.
Audited each year by an independent and certified body, our experts are aware of the latest standards & regulations.
Our technical team adapts to any specific procedure, and we can help you define your own test protocol if that is what the clients requires.

Our means
A steel “bunker”:

- Internal dimensions: 2800 x 2300 x 2300 mm,
- Shielding in 6 mm steel sheets,
- Video surveillance with the possibility of recording,
- Monitoring of physical characteristics (pressure, temperature, flow, etc.),
- Editing of test reports and data transmission,
- Leak detection,
- Burst tests.
Hydraulic benches:

- Pressure multiplier up to 10,000 bar,
- Hydro pneumatic pump 400, 700, 2000 and 4000 bar,
- 4000 bar syringe pump,
- Hydraulic units up to 2000 bar.
Gas benches:

- Pressure/compression test bench allowing to work from 0 to 1400 bar,
- Test in air, N2, Helium, CO2, Argon.
